How to work the To-Do List…
If the slideshow is going too fast for you, you can pause it and advance through the tutorial manually using the slideshow buttons.
- At the top menu, click on To-Do List.
- Click on the “Add New Item” Link
- Set the priority as “Important”, “Normal” or “Low” depending on how urgent the task is.
- Click in the Deadline box and then select the date you want the task to be completed by, or you can leave it blank.
- Click in the “Assign To” box to select a User from the dropdown list.
- Fill in the description of the task so that the person it is assigned to knows what they are supposed to do.
- Click Submit To-Do Item to save the item.
- If you need to edit an item, you can click Edit for that item on the main list.
- Selecting the check box next to a list item marks it as completed.
